  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

  4. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.

  5. Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

  6. Incomplete or Incorrect Address: Vustra is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.

Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility: We accept returns for international orders within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@shopvustra.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s).

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Environmental Return Note

Since our initiative is to help save environment and movement towards organic apparel. Please make sure you only order product you intend to keep. Because returning product increases carbon footprint. We really need your help to return the product in an unused, not washed, stain-free condition. We’ll take care of the refund, if you take care of the product.
