How do I care for my shirt?
Vustra’s shirts are long-lasting that are easy to care . You need a little soap, a washing machine, and follow the instructions on the care label (Machine Wash Cold, Gentle Cycle, Tumble Dry Low). If you’re super fancy, a dry cleaner can also care for your shirts.
We recommend you turn all Vustra’s shirts inside-out during laundering. This protects both the Mother of Pearl buttons from chipping on the steel drum and allows the cleaning agents direct access to sweat stains.
What size Vustra shirt do I wear?
Please refer to our Size Chart. At this time, we offer Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large.
What is the credit card security on the website?
Vustra takes online security and protection with utmost sensitivity. Our website features an SSL secure connection throughout your whole shopping experience and during the transaction, keeping your information secure and private. Your card information is never stored on our servers and always accessed using a secured token. Vustra uses Stripe as our payment processor, an industry standard payment system. If you are still uneasy with online transactions, we also offer checkout with PayPal which offers an added level of protection for your purchase.
Do you have a brick and mortar storefront?
Vustra does not have a retail location at this time and we are working with retailers to sell through affiliate stores.
Where do your fabrics come from?
We buy our fabrics from some of the finest mills in Italy, Turkey, India & Peru.
Who designs your clothing?
Our in-house design and product development team is responsible for creating everything we sell: from our amazing prints, to our fabric quality selection, including every stitch and detail of our shirts. We pour our love of style into what we make.
How do I change or cancel my order?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
How do I return my order?

How do refunds work?
We process your return within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Depending on your payment provider, refunds will appear on your credit card balance 5-10 business days after processing of returned items.
How do I update my payment info?
To update payment on an existing order, contact us at email@example.com When shopping online, you can add new payment methods during the checkout process.
Is it possible to change my order after I place it?
Yes it’s possible, but not guaranteed. We transmit orders to our warehouse for shipment immediately. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after you place your order. Please note that making changes may delay your order. If your order has been processed at the warehouse, we might not be able to change it, but we’ll always try. Just get in touch with us as soon as you can.
Do you ship internationally?
At this moment we only offer shipping in United States. Please sign up for future launches information.

How long will it take to get my order?
We ship orders via USPS or UPS. It should take about 3-5 business days from when we process your order, to receive the shipment.
Do some items ship separately?
We try to combine items to ship together whenever possible. If multiple shirts are ordered, we may ship in separate shipments as required.
How do I unsubscribe from Vustra marketing emails?
Every marketing email from Vustra has an opt-out/unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click on that easily and immediately unsubscribe.
